Deluxe Home Inspections
Whether you are a first time buyer or you are buying a second home you are very aware that buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. Or if you are selling a home and want to make sure it is market ready. Now is not the time to shop for a cheap inspection. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. I am determined to perform inspections of the utmost quality, with the integrity and thoroughness that you expect. I understand that you have looked at different properties and now that you have found the one to purchase you want to be comfortable in your decision. My goal is to ensure that you understand all there is to know about the property you are purchasing or selling. If you are looking for a Home Inspector that is professional and complete, you have come to the right place!
Anytime that you are purchasing a new home, I understand that it is a HUGE investment, not only monetarily, but an investment of your time and effort. Everyone involved needs to know every aspect of the property. I take pride in providing this service. We work directly for the client. I perform the inspection with both a good knowledge of home building techniques and modern technology. My job is to ensure that our client understands every item that may be reported, and does not end after the report is completed. Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give me a call and I will make every effort to insure that you are completely satisfied and comfortable with the property.
